Elisha Goldstein, PhD is a psychologist, mindfulness educator, and bestselling author of Tiny Shifts: How Emotional Health Transforms Stress, Relationships, and Longevity. He is the creator of The Emotional Longevity Experience, a pioneering program that integrates emotional health practices with community support to enhance resilience, connection, and long-term well-being.
As co-founder of The Center for Mindful Living in Los Angeles, Dr. Goldstein has worked with individuals, organizations, and leaders across fields including psychotherapy, education, business, and the military. His other books include Uncovering Happiness, The Now Effect, and the co-authored Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workbook.
