Erika Tsoukanelis

Presenter

Erika Tsoukanelis MS, MFA, CYT, LCSW, is an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist, consultant, and trainer; a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher; and founder of the private psychotherapy practice, Heart of Inquiry. A graduate of Columbia University of Social Work, Erika is now senior faculty at The Center for Excellence in EMDR Therapy, founded by Deany Laliotis in Washington, DC. Erika has spent three decades devoted to helping others transform through mind-body practices. Her greatest hope is that she may help break cycles of trauma through her work with clients and mental health clinicians alike. A life-long yoga practitioner, Erika believes in the innate capacity of the mind, body, and spirit to heal when provided the necessary support. She is deeply honored that her lifework allows her to bear witness to such healing on a regular basis.
