Jason Crandell

Jason Crandell was recently named “one of the next generation of teachers shaping yoga’s future” by Yoga Journal for his skillful, unique approach to vinyasa. Jason is the creator of Yoga Journal’s newest DVDs: Yoga for Well-Being; Yoga for Morning, Noon & Night; and The Complete Beginner’s Guide to Yoga. He is a contributing editor for Yoga Journal, teaches extensively at conferences in the United States and abroad, and is part of numerous teacher training faculties. Jason’s integrative and accessible teachings support students of every background and lineage, helping them find greater depth, awareness, and well-being in their practice and their lives.
