Jen Welter

Jen Welter, PhD, is the first female to coach in the NFL. In 2015, she served as a linebackers coach for the Arizona Cardinals, breaking a nearly impossible barrier in the history of modern-day sports. Jen is also the first female running back on a men’s professional football team. Prior to joining the world of men’s professional football, Jen had a highly decorated 14-year career in women’s professional football. Jen holds a master’s in sport psychology and a PhD in psychology from Capella University. She provides expert advice in fitness and sports as it relates to business and life.
