Jillian Pransky is an international mindfulness and yoga teacher, presenter, and author of The Power of the Pause: 90 Seconds to Calm, Reset, and Reconnect. With over 30 years of experience, she guides students in yoga, restorative movement, somatic awareness, and mindfulness to reduce stress, release tension, and cultivate presence. Creator of the LARLAR™ method, Jillian teaches that pausing is a radical act of love. She regularly leads programs at Kripalu, Omega Institute, Esalen, and Blue Spirit, and her work has been featured in The New York Times, O Magazine, Mindful Magazine, and Yoga Journal. She is also the author of Deep Listening, now in its third printing.
