Natasha (Tasha) Judson

Natasha (Tasha) Judson, M.Ed., E-RYT500 and director of Tasha Yoga, has taught yoga full-time for over 25 years and travels regularly to India. Her yoga classes combine breath-based movement, mindful alignment within poses, and intelligent sequencing to empower the optimal unfolding of each individual. A certified anusara yoga teacher since 1997, she also practices Iyengar yoga regularly. She has studied and practiced in Tibetan, vipassana, and a nondual Saiva tradition, and is an authorized teacher of Neelakantha Meditation as taught by Blue Throat Yoga. Since 2014, she has led groups to India for study and pilgrimage. An authorized teacher of meditation, she is excited to share yoga and meditation with others.
