Natasha (Tasha) Judson

Natasha (Tasha) Judson, M.Ed., E-RYT500, and director of Tasha Yoga, has taught yoga full-time for over 25 years and travels regularly to India. Her yoga classes combine breath-based movement, mindful alignment within poses, and intelligent sequencing to empower the optimal unfolding of each individual. A certified Anusara yoga teacher since 1997, she also practices Iyengar yoga. She has studied and practiced in Tibetan, vipassana, and nondual Sakta-Saiva traditions. Since 2014, she has led groups to India for study and pilgrimage. An authorized teacher of Neelakantha Meditation as taught by Blue Throat Yoga, she is excited to share yoga and meditation with others.
