GUIDING YOGA NIDRA

Join senior Kripalu faculty, Jennifer Reis, for a five-day advanced yoga teacher training and learn how to lead Yoga Nidra from a Kripalu centered approach. 

Explore these next steps in your development as a Yoga Nidra guide as you: 

  • Discover the philosophy and history of Yoga Nidra as well as the techniques and science that makes this a potent guided meditation. 
  • Deepen your understanding of the transformative power of the five koshas as the framework for Yoga Nidra focusing on the witness consciousness.
  • Find out how to craft Yoga Nidra practices and scripts, lead sessions with confidence, and gain hands-on experience both guiding and being guided. 

This training offers a comprehensive, integrative approach to Yoga Nidra, empowering you to inspire your students and enhance your offerings with new skills that promote profound healing and self-exploration. 

Prerequisites Participants must have any one of the following:
Current Kripalu School of Yoga 300-HR enrollee
Any 200-Hour Yoga Alliance registered teacher training OR Meditation Teacher Training

NOTE  A 200-HR Yoga Alliance certificate will need to be presented before the start date. If no certificate is presented, the student will be unenrolled minus a $50 processing fee. To take as a standalone course or for currently enrolled Kripalu School of Yoga 300-HR students, use "BOOK NOW." For those interested in becoming a Kripalu School of Yoga certified 300-HR student, please apply to the program using "APPLY NOW"
