Jessica Durivage is a transformational leader, ceremonialist, and Director of Online Programming at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, where she stewards visionary programming, strategic innovation, and the Kripalu Online Studio—home to a vibrant and growing global community. She also facilitates Transformational Leadership Retreats, guiding leaders to deepen their capacity for relational intelligence, authenticity, and regenerative leadership.

A proud Sicilian-American and rooted in a deep reverence for earth-based wisdom, somatic healing, and ancestral knowing, Jessica weaves ritual, social justice, and sacred space-holding to reimagine how we gather, lead, and heal—together.

With over two decades of experience across wellness, leadership, and program creation, Jessica has walked many paths: from yoga teacher and massage therapist to podcast host and digital course pioneer. From 2009–2017, she hosted the acclaimed podcast Where is My Guru and led an online school of the same name, curating transformative offerings with visionaries, change-makers, and teachers from around the world.

Jessica lives at Willow Sanctuary in the Appalachian Mountains, where she and her family are lovingly stewarding land and cultivating a life rooted in reverence, rhythm, and relationship.
