RISE For Corporations
We Bring RISE to Where It’s Needed Most
Stress is the greatest challenge for high-stakes organizations, and it manifests in a multitude of ways. Kripalu’s evidence-based resilience program, RISE™, is anchored in the science of mindfulness, yoga, and positive psychology.
Here’s what we know
- Stress is the underlying cause of 60% of all human illness and disease
- 80% of workers feel stress on the job, and nearly half say they need help in learning how to manage stress
- 29% of workers have yelled at coworkers because of stress
- 12% of workers have called in sick because of job stress.*
That’s where RISE comes in. With the right tools, stress can be transformed into an engine of innovation, engagement, and performance.
