- The Art of Chilling Out: The Immersive Workshop: During the extended four-night immersion, you’ll have the opportunity to dive deeper into the art of slowing down and chilling out. Beyond mellow, accessible yoga flows and heart-opening storytelling, you will enjoy extra spaciousness for personal reflection and deep guided relaxation, extended yoga sessions paired with in-depth meditation, dedicated time for journaling and walking meditation, and ample room for integration.
