Nourish Your Creative Life Force

Join certified master qigong teacher and senior yoga teacher at New York City’s Integral Yoga Institute, Nadiya Peters-Nottingham, for a program designed to help you explore the deep connections between the natural world and our inner landscapes.

Through the wisdom from Taoist and Celtic traditions, you will:

  • Explore qigong: Learn Hun and Po Qigong to reconnect with the liver (or Wood element in Chinese medicine), fostering a youthful mind and joyful sensuality.
  • Experience shamanic journeying: Discover the Universal Power Animals of the Forest and explore their relationship to Organ Qi and the Chinese zodiac Animal of the Year.
  • Create an inner soul retrieval: Tap into ancient Celtic reverence for the trees and the rich twin heritage teachings of The Inner Cauldrons and Taoist Dan Tiens.
  • Practice mudras and chants: Engage in Qigong hand mudras and chants dedicated to growing our brain synapses and enhance memory.

By reimagining the elements within our bodies, you will set powerful intentions for growth, renewal, and lifelong learning—returning home more open and viewing the human body as a true microcosm of our natural world.
