Move mindfully, invite presence, and expand your awareness of the body, mind, and heart through guided hikes and stand-up paddleboarding.
Experience yourself as an extension of nature, as you:
- Hike the winding trails of Yokun Ridge.
- Relax into tranquil walking, forest meditations, and enjoy a forest tea ceremony.
- Enjoy guided stand-up paddleboarding on beautiful Lake Mahkeenac.
- Connect with your inner child as you experience nature through the practices of mindfulness, presence, and curiosity.
- Practice Kripalu yoga as a way of being, off the mat, in the forest, and out on the water!
Participants should be comfortable hiking on wooded trails over rolling hills. All levels of paddleboarding are welcome; swimming proficiency is required.
