Prana Mandala vinyasa is a movement meditation practice for cultivating whole-body awareness, flexibility, and rejuvenation in a mandala (circular) pattern. This offering builds upon any previous Prana Vinyasa workshop and cultivates yoga as movement meditation in creative, ever-evolving, and life-transforming ways.
