This nourishing weekend blends gentle qigong, yin and restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and quiet meditation to help you release tension, replenish your energy, and settle into what’s simple and true—breath, body, and presence.

Join Kripalu legacy faculty Ken Nelson, long-time martial artist and qigong teacher John Haggerty, and author and facilitator Lesli Lang for a supportive, beginner-friendly experience including:

  • Qigong sequences to support posture, balance, vitality, and fluid movement
  • Yin yoga to rehabilitate fascia in the hips, spine, and lower back  
  • Restorative yoga to unwind deep-seated chronic tension
  • Yoga nidra for true rest, calming the nervous system, and spacious awareness
  • Outdoor walking meditation and qigong to reconnect with the natural world

You’ll return home feeling grounded, refreshed, and inspired—with practices you can easily add into daily life.

NOTE: Suitable for all levels; no prior yoga or qigong experience is required.
