Through loving-kindness meditation, gentle yoga, contemplative silence, mindful movement, and reflective journaling, this retreat offers a refuge from the noise of daily life and a direct experience of greater peace in body, mind, and heart.

Together, we will explore the practice of gentling ourselves—slowing down, softening, and replenishing body, mind, and heart.
