FAQs

Most are live on Zoom with opportunities to interact with teachers. Many also include recordings you can watch later for a set time (often 30 days), but not all—always check the program page.

If the program is recorded, you will have access to the video recording(s) for 30 days after the program ends. Recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session.

A stable internet connection, Zoom access, and space to practice. For yoga/embodied programs, having a mat, props, or a chair is helpful, but not required.
