We’re delighted to officially welcome you to Kripalu Online, the new home for all our online experiences—livestreams, online programs, on demand programs, Kripalu Online Studio classes, and our library of replays—with everything accessible through one account and password, in a single, centralized space for your online experiences with us! Whether you’re joining us live, practicing on-demand, or participating in a journaling-based program, your experience is supported through our online learning platform. From your Kripalu.Union.Site account, you can:

Access your Kripalu Online Studio subscription and replay library
Register for and attend livestream programs (via Zoom or studio stream)
Join online programs taught by faculty and luminary presenters
Explore on demand experiences
View your session replays, typically available within 72 hours

To experience Kripalu Online, simply log in to your Union account using the email address you initially registered there with and begin your Kripalu online journey anew, grounded in a central online space—Kripalu Online. Any subscriptions and online experience registered sessions—including Zoom-integrated ones—must be launched from your Union account; Zoom session links will not be emailed, and all program-related emails are simply a reminder to log into your Union account for all of your online program access, including replays and relevant material handouts. Frequently Asked Questions

1. What types of online offerings does Kripalu provide through Kripalu.Union.Site?

Kripalu Online Studio (KOS): Subscription-based (monthly or annual ) for weekly live classes and replays.
Livestream Programs: One-time or multi-day events occurring at Kripalu Center that can be viewed using your union account.
Online Programs: A standalone or cohort-based faculty/luminary series or one-night experience that can be registered for using your union account.
On Demand Programs: An asynchronous faculty/luminary program experience that can be accessed using your union account.
Journaling Programs: Accessed via private Discourse platform post-registration.
Kripalu Schools Online Trainings: Facilitated separately through the Kripalu Schools, and not through Kripalu.Union.Site

2. Joining any online sessions or Livestreams (Zoom or Union-hosted)

Log into your Union account with your email address here and select the Kripalu logo or navigate to upcoming programs and click the Experience's name to open its session page.
If you are already registered, it will appear at the top of the upcoming page under Next for you...
On the page, a countdown will show until 15 minutes before the class begins. The countdown shown will be replaced with a button to join.
Select the Check-in button that appears ~15 min before class and click the 'External URL' button to join the Zoom session or applicable union call, to launch the session in your browser via Zoom or studio stream.
Settle in and enjoy the experience!

3. How do I access available recordings from my online experience?

*SPECIAL NOTE: Any available Replays will appear within 72 hours following the session and be made available to view for 30+ days unless otherwise noted at kripalu.union.site/replays/

Log into your Union account and select replays from the toolbar or navigate to the replay section and click the Experience's name to open its session page
Select 'play video' to reveal your available pass options to redeem against.
Hover over the video and unmute the volume icon in the bottom left.
Settle in & enjoy the experience!

4. Navigating the Union Platform: Filters & Search

Use filters and the search bar to navigate to just the Kripalu online studio, livestreams, or other offerings:

Choose 'Kripalu Online Studio Classes' from the dropdown menu.
Search by faculty name or topic.

5. Registration, Payment, and Refund Policies

All online program registration (except for Schools’ Trainings) is through kripalu.union.site
Kripalu.org no longer handles online class registration.
Gift certificates & credits on account cannot be used for online offerings.
Refunds require written cancellation 14 days prior to the program start date.
All sales are final.

6. On Demand Programs (12-Month Access)

On-Demand Programs are asynchronous structured learning experiences that are accessible for 12 months of access from the purchase date. These may include video modules, downloadable resources (if applicable), and/or structured emails. Your program’s progress is automatically saved and can be revisited anytime during your access period

Select Courses
Choose your program title
Begin at your own pace

Your progress is automatically tracked, allowing you to return exactly where you left off. If materials are included (PDFs, handouts, worksheets), they will be located inside the program modules.

7. Journaling Programs via Discourse

Participants in reflective writing or journaling programs will receive a separate invitation email to our Discourse Space via your Kripalu.Union.Site Account. This platform supports community interaction, journaling prompts, and faculty engagement outside of any applicable live sessions.
