Quarter-Life Calling

DISCOVER YOUR DEEPEST VALUES & TRUTHS

Your 20s can be a time of challenge as you begin creating the kind of life you truly desire. It can also be a time of possibility, inspiration, and the discovery of your deepest values and truths.

Join faculty member for the Kripalu School of Yoga and expert facilitator, Coby Kozlowski, as she guides you on a transformative journey aimed at cultivating an authentic life filled with meaning and purpose.

Surrounded by a community of peers who share your quest for meaning, you will engage in self-reflection, inquiry, group exercises, conversation, and conscious movement as you:

  • Navigate doubt and insecurity and find strength within.
  • Construct a life grounded in your inherent wisdom.
  • Explore the wisdom of yoga to uncover meaning and purpose.
  • Embrace the unfolding of your life with trust.
  • Reveal your most authentic and empowered self.

Join us for this revolutionary program that sets the stage for an extraordinary life.

NOTE While we delve into deep work during the program, please note this is not a therapy or trauma recovery program. Our goal is to provide a supportive environment for personal growth and self-discovery. Throughout the program, you may encounter challenging emotions. We kindly request that you ensure your emotional stability with your mental health care provider before participating. This program has extended hours that might make it difficult to participate in other Kripalu activities or receive Healing Arts services. This program is suitable for all those in their 20s and no prior experience is necessary.
