Acupressure for Yogis

For everyone.

Discover the powerful healing science of acupressure—designed especially for yogis—and enhance your personal yoga practice, your emotional and physical health, and your ability to help others. Yoga practitioners at all levels can benefit from learning this ancient system of points and pathways.

In this program, you learn

  • The 11 regular meridians plus an introduction to the extraordinary channels
  • The most important points and how to use them for common issues, injuries, and flexibility
  • A specific mantra to activate and focus the healing powers of the mind
  • Points and sequences to address physical, emotional, and spiritual issues.

Each day of this program includes one hour of asana practice focused on the meridians. Participants give and receive an acupressure session both days. Bring a partner or come alone to explore methods for healing yourself, using on others, or teaching to friends.

Note This program qualifies for Yoga Alliance CE credits. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and come ready to give and receive acupressure.
