Shine your light and connect to your inner wisdom during this harvest full-moon weekend of Afro Flow Yoga, a creative and unique integration of yoga and dance. This is a time to plant the seeds of your potential and focus on what’s important to you as you transition into fall. WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

• Connection with nature

This immersion utilizes the power of the full moon to cultivate internal resources, reset, and return to your purpose. Come connect to the elements of nature and Spirit and embark on an unforgettable journey accompanied by live drumming and singing, with healing instruments to soothe the soul. This weekend also includes

  • Dances, songs, and stories of the African Diaspora
  • Asana, pranayama, and meditation
  • Vocal release exercises
  • Sharing, reflection, and group dialogue.

Together, let’s raise the vibration of love and compassion for self and others as we tap into the power of our collective wisdom to transform our lives and communities.

Note This program includes an optional Saturday-evening concert, an acoustic journey with Morley, featuring special guest Jeff Jones. There will also be a Sunday-morning fire ceremony (weather permitting). Please bring comfortable shoes and warm outdoor clothing. You are welcome to bring items for an altar, such as photos, crystals, herbs, or poems. Consider your intentions for the new season and bring a journal for writing exercises.
