Afro Flow Yoga Full Moon Flow to Harvest Your Light

Shine your light, connect to your inner wisdom, and embrace the elements of nature during this full moon weekend. Join Leslie Salmon Jones, her husband Jeff W. Jones, and guest musician Stan Strickland, for an immersion that utilizes the power of the full moon to cultivate internal resources, reset, and return to your purpose as we soothe our souls.

Learn to plant the seeds of your gifts and potential, and focus on what’s important to you. Combining stories of the African Diaspora, drumming, dancing, yoga, singing, and more, you will enjoy

  • Asana, pranayama, and meditation
  • Toning with vocal release exercises
  • Sharing, reflection, and group dialogue
  • A full moon ceremony.

Embark on this unforgettable journey to soothe the soul. Together, let’s raise the vibration of love and compassion for the self and others as we tap into the power of our collective wisdom to transform our lives and communities.

Note This program includes a fire ceremony, weather permitting. Please bring comfortable shoes and warm outdoor clothing. You are also welcome to bring items for an altar—such as photos, crystals, herbs, or poems—and a journal for writing exercises.
