Be a Plant-Based Woman Warrior Live Fierce, Stay Bold, Eat Delicious


Join dynamic mother-daughter duo, Ann and Jane Esselstyn, for an exploration into the power of a plant-based lifestyle. Known as the original “Julia Child of plant-based cooking," Ann began feeding her family creative, plant-based meals more than 30 years ago. Ann and Jane are pictures of ageless health and vibrancy and spend their days spreading the message that diet is the key to living a happy, strong, and disease-free life.

Through lecture, cooking demonstrations, and lots of fun, you will:

  • Learn how to make delicious recipes from their cookbook, Be a Plant-Based Woman Warrior.
  • Understand how plant-based nutrition protects you against lifestyle-related diseases such as heart disease, common cancers, and more.
  • Gain actionable steps and tips for going forward as a plant-based warrior.   

From apple flax flapjacks to portobello sliders with green goddess sauce, Ann and Jane's recipes will delight you and inspire you to pass on this important legacy in your own family. Their cookbook is a call to action and a message of hope for any and all to be plant-based women warriors filled with vitality and in control of their own health.

Jane Esselstyn, RN, is a fresh and charismatic voice on the whole food, plant-based diet. She is an avid and inventive designer of plant-based recipes and the coauthor of Be a Plant-Based Woman Warrior: Live Fierce, Stay Bold, Eat Delicious and The Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease Cookbook.
