The Bliss Within Reclaim Your Authentic Self
- Presenter: Lee (Mirabai) Harrington

YOGA, MANTRA, AND MEDITATION TO PURIFY THE SUBTLE BODY
According to the wisdom traditions, our true nature is perfect bliss. We all possess basic human goodness and pure, radiant hearts. But life in this human realm can obscure these truths. The good news is there are many simple methods from the energy-healing branch of Sowa Rigpa (Tibetan Medicine) that help restore the health of the subtle body and allow bliss to arise and true transformation to take place.
Join devotional singer, author, and Buddhist ngakma, Lee (Mirabai) Harrington, for a unique and uplifting experiential program designed to reboot our frazzled energy systems, purify the channels of the subtle body, and allow our true natures and unstained radiance to emerge.
Through simple and profound healing practices including Nejang yoga, meditation, bLa (Tibetan Lunar) massage, mantra-healing and more, you will:
- Learn and sing rare healing mantras from the Tibetan medical tradition.
- Learn basic Buddhist principles and how to to apply them in daily life.
- Understand how your own mindset has an impact on your physical/mental health.
- Engage in compassionate self-inquiry to explore your beliefs, your patterns and habituations, your struggles, and your joys.
- Access and trust your own inner wisdom and learn to truly love and accept yourself.
- Establish new habits and rituals of daily self-care, self-love, forgiveness, and healing.
Participants will leave with a deepened understanding of how we can reclaim agency over our own health and well-being, and how we can use our own minds, bodies, and voices as healing supports. When we purify ourselves at subtle levels, the effects are profound. Our relationships with ourselves, others, and the world are improved. And once we are all able to express ourselves with full, unobscured authenticity, we can help the world become a more balanced and compassionate realm.
NOTE: Lee will offer a special mantra healing kirtan on Wednesday, July 30, for the Kripalu community. Please bring clothing appropriate for various activities: gentle movement, self-massage with oil, outdoor walks, and meditation.
