LEARN PRACTICES FOR STRESS-REDUCTION & BETTER HEALTH
Join Dr. Brown and Dr. Gerbarg, along with other senior BBM teachers, for an online experience designed to help you relieve stress and enhance your physical and mental health. Through gentle movement, breathing, and music, you will:
- Learn simple, trauma-sensitive, breath-centered techniques.
- Discover how these are used for personal development, clinical practice, medical settings, schools, disaster recovery, and more.
- Practice breathwork including coherent breathing, Sky and Earth, Painting the Waterfall, and The Great Harmonizer of the Breath.
- Participate in small group processes.
We request your 100% focus on learning by immersing yourself in this course. Please avoid multi-tasking and minimize interruptions.
Requirements to qualify for BBM Level-1 Instructor Training:
- complete this 12-hour Fundamentals Course
- attend all parts of the Fundamentals Course and keep your camera on during all sessions
- complete 6 BBM 45-60 minute weekly practice sessions
