RISE™, Kripalu’s evidence-based, signature stress resilience program packs 49-years of Kripalu wisdom alongside 15-years of peer-reviewed research into one accessible, effective program. In this program, Sam Chase, an expert RISE facilitator, leads you through mindfulness practices to help you transition positively into this next phase of the pandemic.

Kripalu’s RISE program is proven in practice with nearly 7,000 participants from high-stress fields including emergency responders, healthcare workers, and educators: now available to everyone in this online offering.

In this 6-week live online series you

  • Discover the physical, mental, and emotional building blocks of resilience  
  • Train in evidence-based mind-body tools shown to reduce stress and foster well-being 
  • Design a personalized plan for supporting their resilience beyond the program.

Note All recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session. You will have access to the video recording(s) for 30 days after the program ends.

Sam Chase, MFA, E-RYT, author of Yoga and the Pursuit of Happiness, holds certificates in yoga and positive psychology from Kripalu and a master’s degree from Harvard.
