Building Resilient Bones An Integrated Approach

For all levels.

Building resilient bones requires more than just calcium, and the process begins far earlier than you might imagine. In this integrative program, you explore current scientific research, along with the wisdom of Ayurveda, to help you build a diet and lifestyle that optimize bone health.

Combining Western physiology, Ayurvedic theory, and the practices of yoga and self-care, this program provides

  • The current medical model for bone health
  • Traditional Ayurvedic wisdom for building healthy bones
  • A diet plan to support strength in the entire body
  • Self-care practices, including self-massage with oil
  • Simple meditation and breathing techniques.

Return home with the knowledge and tools you need to create and maintain healthy bone tissue.

Note Bring yoga clothes and a loose-fitting tank top and shorts for self-massage with oil.
