Deep Calls to Deep Shabbat Yoga and Mindfulness Retreat

Practicing Shabbat is like aligning with time itself as a deeply renewing yoga posture. Over this weekend retreat, we draw upon Jewish spiritual practices of mindfulness, yoga, prayer, chant, and study to hold the pose of Shabbat, which helps us open to the love that lies deep inside us.

Guided by gifted teachers, enjoy a pause from the business of this holiday season and rest in the deep and spacious awareness of being that the practice of the Sabbath offers.
