- Learn the main components of the Eat Breathe Thrive program—four simple principles to support a healthy relationship with food, body, and self.
- Explore how yoga can be a double-edged sword for those with food and body image issues, and learn how to offer support to those who may be struggling.
Engaging discussions and interactive activities round out this experiential training. Enhance your practice with a toolkit for tuning into hunger and fullness signals, coping healthfully with difficult emotions, and building more compassionate relationships with oneself.

I have a PhD in social work and I’ve been facilitating trainings for over 20 years, and I can say with total honesty that Chelsea has a gift: for storytelling, for igniting inspiration, and for helping people recover from disordered eating with a sensible, intelligent, yet heart-centered approach.
