Fall Lifestyle Ayurveda Immersion


Fall gifts us with the opportunity to release any excess heat accumulated during the summer months while at the same time preparing our bodies to thrive in the winter months.  

With an elegant understanding of the interplay between our body, mind, and spirit, dive into Ayurveda’s teachings in this new online program. Learn how Ayurveda provides important tools to navigate all the changes life has to offer, and explore how adjusting your diet and self-care practices with each season helps to achieve vibrant health and balance. 

Through live guided lectures, community conversation, and more, explore different ways of navigating the transition from summer to fall, including  

  • Seasonal food recipes  
  • Practices to help your mind orient to fall  
  • Skin care routines to nourish the skin, circulate lymph, and ground the nervous system 
  • Practical methods to support your digestion  
  • Traditional fall allergy prevention designed to prepare for the dryness of fall and winter. 

In addition to the live weekly classes, registrants to this program will have access to a pre-recorded Introduction to Ayurveda video lecture, a pre-recorded pitta balancing yoga class, and a collection of handouts. For those new to Ayurveda, these resources will help you gain a foundational understanding of its history and practice.  

Note You will have access to the video recording(s) for 30 days after the program ends. All recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session.

This program—developed and led by our own faculty with the Kripalu methodology in mind—is offered exclusively at Kripalu.
