Feeling Safe in an Unreliable World Insight Meditation and Practices to Build a Secure Base

For all levels.

Build a secure foundation for your relationships and your life using Insight Meditation practices to cultivate well-being. Five decades of attachment psychology and more than 200 clinical studies have conclusively demonstrated that for adults to feel confident in relationships and empowered to explore new opportunities, a sense of having a secure base in life is required. We need to feel protected, cared about, understood, and encouraged. Fortunately, core Buddhist practices can help us develop the feelings of security, care, and encouragement we may not have received in childhood.

In this program, you learn

  • Meditation to heal emotional wounds
  • Insights and tools to develop secure relationships
  • Practices for inner peace.

Join Josh Korda and Kathy Cherry to explore how you can connect with others, be authentic in family and work relationships, and feel a greater sense of purpose in life.
