We’ve all heard the refrain "sitting is the new smoking" in terms of the negative effects it can have on the body.

Learn how to sit less and move more with experienced teacher and author of Yoga for All of Us, Peggy Cappy. Peggy will guide you through pain-free poses that you can do throughout your day as you learn:

  • Essential stretches to rebalance the body 
  • How to improve your balance and stamina
  • An easy-to-remember formula to calm your mind and body

This program is based on Peggy’s PBS special, 5 Minute Yoga Fixas seen on public television throughout the United States and Canada.

NOTE Program participants will receive a copy of the PBS program, 5 Minute Yoga Fix.
