Heart Practices for Challenging Times

For everyone; including new or experienced practitioners.

We all want to live with ease, yet we exist in times many find particularly challenging as we face our own and others’ suffering. In this program, Krishna Das and Sharon Salzberg dive into the Buddhist and Bhakti practices of the Wise Heart to help us open ourselves to love and spaciousness, no matter what. Together, these two friends and colleagues offer a lifetime of experience teaching practical, empowering tools to cultivate joy and equanimity.

Learn how to develop clarity and wise compassion through mindfulness and loving-kindness in this program, which also includes

  • Periods of teaching and discussion
  • Guided meditation
  • Call-and-response chanting
  • Time for Q&A.

The complementary practices of chanting and meditation can reveal our innate capacity to live from the heart so we can cultivate a more balanced and connected way of being.
