- Soothe the mind through focused awareness and calm observation
- Connect to the world, and yourself, in profound new ways.
Come hike the lovely trails and explore the serene waterways of Kripalu’s Berkshire campus and Pleasant Valley Sanctuary in Lenox, Massachusetts. You just might encounter great blue herons, woodpeckers, and bald eagles along the way!
