Enter into the preciousness of winter with mindful reflection, contemplation, and intention-setting. Mindfulness, or sati in Sanskrit, can help boost our concentration, relaxation, and compassion. When we're mindful, we gain wisdom and insight, see things as they really are, and experience new levels of inner freedom.  

Join yoga teacher and former Dean of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda, Larissa Hall Carlson, as she offers insightful meditations to access lifelong happiness, ease, and resolve from one season to the next. Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this mindfulness retreat supports you deeply as you delve inward, reflect on your life's intention, and renew your connection to inner harmony. Cultivate equanimity and joy as you experience

  • A variety of meditations for rejuvenation, self-care, and mental clarity 
  • Mindful recitations and contemplations on insightful Zen haikus  
  • Moments of silence to deeply listen for inner wisdom

We will create a group sand mandala to remind ourselves of the interconnectedness of all beings and events and unlock an inner world filled with limitless compassion and contentment. Return home with the inspiration and guidance you need to live a mindful life.
