LED BY BIPOC MEN, OPEN TO ALL

Join yoga, sound, and meditation teacher, Reggie Hubbard, for a meditative sound experience and reflection.

Men of color hold individual and collective stress that impacts their health and well-being. Heal from the burdens you have been carrying—together in a conscious, caring community—with an accessible meditation, reflection, and tools you can immediately implement in your life. Taught through the lens of the African-American male experience, this online experience is an opportunity to:

  • Participate in a virtual collective meditative sound practice.
  • Remember all lives either taken by violence and/or diminished by structural inequality.
  • Experience a meditation practice led by three leading intergenerational teachers.

Together, let's pave the way from surviving toward thriving in these uncertain times.
