Elena Brower

Elena Brower, known internationally for her resonant, relevant voice, has been teaching yoga and meditation since 1999. Coauthor of Art of Attention, an elegant yoga guidebook now translated into five languages, she’s also the creator of teach.yoga, a site dedicated to providing intelligence and inspiration for teachers worldwide. Devoted to meditation as our most healing habit, Elena has created potent online coursework and produced the film On Meditation, sharing intimate portraits of meditation from the vantage point of both teachers and practitioners.
