Sigal Brier MA, MAHL, is a transformational mentor, scholar, mystic, rabbi, inspirational teacher, and artist with training in psychology, yoga, meditation, breathwork, somatic movement, and neuroscience. For more than 30 years, she has shared methods that inspire people to live on purpose authentically and joyfully. Using a multidisciplinary mind-body approach, she facilitates transformative experiences for individuals and groups. She has presented at TED, and was featured on CBS Sunday Morning News and NPR.
