Join Kripalu legacy faculty member, Ken Nelson, for a three-week journey of self-care. From the comfort of your own home, learn to move and breathe with ease, grace, and freedom. Improve your posture, balance, strength, and stamina. Stay rooted and centered while enjoying greater flexibility.
Using beginner-friendly qigong, meditative breathing, and guided relaxation techniques, Ken will guide you to:
- Reduce stress and relieve chronic tension.
- Detoxify, revitalize, and maintain your well-being.
- Calm the mind and enhance mood and memory.
- Transform self-limiting beliefs.
Ken's easy-to-learn Chinese energy exercises are uplifting, accessible, and evidence-based—and designed to enhance your immune system, awaken insight, and stimulate healing and wholeness. You will also explore the peace of stillness with deeply restful yoga nidra practices following each qigong session. Yoga nidra has been shown to effectively treat insomnia, anxiety, and depression.
NOTE You will have access to the video recording(s) for 30 days after the program ends. All recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session.
