Qigong for Rejuvenation Wuji Hundun Qigong

Wuji Hundun Qigong improves strength and flexibility by unlocking joints and releasing stress and tension from the shoulders, spine, hips, and knees so that qi (life energy) can flow smoothly throughout the body. Passed down to Daisy Lee by her 107-year old teacher, Master Duan Zhi Liang, whose ancestors were healers and bodyguards to the royal family, this qigong form is especially helpful for computer users and people whose professions require a lot of sitting. Practitioners report improvements to eyesight, carpal tunnel syndrome, digestion, and sleep, along with other health benefits.

Daisy invites everyone to take personal responsibility for their health and well-being by practicing these gentle, non-invasive qigong exercises that renew the body and clear the mind.
