A Qoya Summer Solstice Celebration

For women.

Join a circle of sisterhood to explore the practice of Qoya, blending the wisdom of yoga and the creative expression of dance with sensual, embodied movement. Qoya is based on the philosophy that, through movement, we are reminded that our essence is wise, wild, and free.

Each morning of this program begins with movement practice, while afternoon sessions explore rituals that connect us to inner truth, to each other, and to nature in this solstice season. If you’re ready to take time for yourself and do something that nourishes you to your core, this celebration of self, community, and embodiment is for you.

Note Please bring clothes that are comfortable to move in, a journal, an offering for our gratitude ritual despacho, and an intention for the program. Hours to complete the Initiation Module (Level 2) are possible through this program for those who have already completed the Introduction to Qoya (Level 1) Teacher Training online.
