"What tools can I use to move mindfully toward a more meaningful and connected life?" Join Kripalu Faculty Ilana Beigel as she answers this question and many more through Kripalu’s signature resilience-building program, RISE™.
Anchored in the science and practice of mindfulness, yoga, and positive psychology, the RISE curriculum balances practice, research, and real-world application. Published research on RISE has shown that participants sustained boost in mindfulness, empowerment, and resilience, as well as a 32% reduction in day-to-day stress levels.This online program will help you meet the moments that matter most with calm, clarity, and connection.
Through accessible practices of meditation, breath, and gentle movement, learn how to:
- Change the brain, making it easier to pay attention and stay calm.
- Build positivity, productivity, and mental clarity.
- Improve stress resilience in the moment and over time.
Finish the program more mindful and with experiences you can easily apply to your life.
NOTE This program is a prerequisite for the RISE Facilitator Training. You will have access to the video recording(s) for 30 days after the program ends. All recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session.
