THE MEDICINE OF A MOVING YOGA PRACTICE

Power vinyasa yoga is magnetic, drawing countless yogis to discover strength, joy, freedom, and transformation in their lives. Learn how to develop a healthy, lifelong practice, and build a deeper connection to self and others with yoga teacher Coeli Marsh. Drawing upon her expertise in alignment, psychology, and education, Coeli will guide you to explore:

  • The primary benefits and therapeutic qualities of slow power vinyasa yoga
  • How to maximize safety, develop adaptive technology, and make each posture truly yours
  • The healing power of joy and humor during a challenging practice
  • Hot spots for emotional growth and how to make use of them
  • Restorative sequences to rejuvenate the body.

Celebrate vinyasa yoga, done at a slower pace for maximum understanding of alignment, transitions, and the medicine of a moving yoga practice. Create a strong container for transformation as you sweat, laugh, and generate a blueprint for a lifetime of practice.
