CULTIVATE HARMONY

"Be still like a mountain, and flow like a great river."—Lao Tzu

Discover a path to wholeness. Cultivate ease, grace, and freedom of movement through the ancient art of qigong. Enjoy the bliss of deep relaxation through restorative yoga and yoga nidra. Nourish your vital energy, calm your mind, and learn to live in the moment—with a wise and loving heart.

Join Kripalu legacy faculty, Ken Nelson, long-time martial artist and qigong teacher, John Haggerty, and author and facilitator, Lesli Lang, who will guide you through:

  • Beginner-friendly meditations to discover stillness and inner peace.
  • Qigong sequences to enhance posture, balance, stamina, and longevity.
  • Yin yoga to increase flexibility and release chronic tension in the spine, hips, and lower back.
  • Outdoor walking meditation and qigong to connect with the natural world.

Return home feeling energized, centered, and inspired to establish a daily practice.

NOTE This program is suitable for all levels; no prior yoga or qigong experience is necessary.
