REEVALUATE YOUR RELATIONSHIP TO DRINKING

Have you ever been curious about what it would be like to cut back on your drinking—or even quit altogether? If so, you're not alone; over 25% of Americans are predicted to participate in Dry January in 2025, as a way of kickstarting a healthier relationship with alcohol.

Join Ruby Warrington, creator of the term Sober Curious, for a weekend-long retreat in the middle of Dry January. Ruby’s book, Sober Curious, has spearheaded a global movement to change the way we think about drinking and this annual opportunity to reevaluate the role that alcohol plays in your life will empower you to make healthier drinking choices going forward.

Through a series of lectures, interactive workshops, Q&A, and live coaching, you will:

  • Debunk common drinking myths and get clear on the role alcohol plays in your life.
  • Uncover the deeper motivations behind your drinking choices.
  • Develop concrete strategies for managing peer pressure and cravings.
  • Discover new ways to frame what it means to live alcohol-free.
  • Shed old habits and live a more conscious, connected, and vibrant life.

Kickstart an in-depth reevaluation of your relationship to alcohol with intention and awareness and create a sustainable shift going forward. Take the step now to create a wave of positive changes in your life.
