Sober Curious Dry January Retreat

REEVALUATE YOUR RELATIONSHIP TO DRINKING

Have you ever been curious about what it would be like to cut back on your drinking, or even quit altogether? If so, you're not alone; 34% of Americans reported actively trying to drink less in 2023 and the trend isn’t going anywhere.

Join Ruby Warrington, creator of the term Sober Curious, for a weekend-long retreat in the middle of Dry January—an annual opportunity to reevaluate the role that alcohol plays in your life—and empower yourself to make healthier drinking choices going forward.

Through a series of lectures, interactive workshops, Q&A, and live coaching with Ruby, you will:

  • Debunk common drinking myths and get clear on the role alcohol plays in your life.
  • Uncover the deeper motivations behind your drinking choices.
  • Develop concrete strategies for managing peer pressure and cravings.
  • Discover new ways to frame what it means to live alcohol-free.
  • Change up tired old habits and live a more conscious, connected, and vibrant life.

This program will help you kickstart an in-depth reevaluation—with intention and awareness—of your relationship to alcohol and create a sustainable shift going forward. Ruby’s book, Sober Curious, has spearheaded a global movement to change the way we think about drinking, and this program will provide the framework to do just that. Take the step now and create a wave of positive changes in your life.
