SOBER OCTOBER IS THE NEW "DRY JANUARY"

Why do you use alcohol the way you do? Do you ever really need a drink? How much is too much anyway?

Join author and mentor, Ruby Warrington, as she invites you to press reset on your drinking. Ruby—who coined the term "sober curious"—will guide you to look deeply at your relationship to alcohol and create sustainable changes in your life.

Through interactive exercises, live coaching, and more, Ruby will guide you to:

  • Uncover the deeper motivations behind your drinking choices.
  • Develop concrete strategies for managing peer pressure and cravings.
  • Discover new ways to frame what it means to live alcohol-free.
  • Break old habits to live a more conscious, connected, and vibrant life.

Join the global movement and shift the way you think about drinking. This program is a valuable touchpoint that can create a wave of positive changes in your life.
