Uncover, discover, and rediscover your true self as you linger and savor in the sweetness of your heart.

Join seasoned yoga and wellness teacher, Missy Brown, for a program that allows you to share authentic connections in a supportive community as you reconnect to the calm source within. Throughout this nourishing weekend, you will gracefully explore:

  • Gentle creative movement and embodied breathing 
  • Guided imagery and yoga nidra to invite your mind to unwind 
  • Peaceful sounds of crystal and brass bowls 
  • Practices of stillness, gratitude, and loving-kindness

Return home with an overflowing heart and tools kits that remind you that you are perfect and whole exactly as you are.
