Enjoy a retreat experience of connection, discovery, and embodied practice as we explore the core, pelvic floor, strength, mobility, and nervous system. This weekend invites you to deepen your relationship with your body through intentional movement, breathwork, and mindful exploration.
We open with sequences to help you settle, reflect, and awaken your sense of presence. From there, the program progresses through focused practices designed to build strength, mobility, and awareness. These sessions integrate breath-centered techniques with targeted explorations of the upper body, core, and pelvic floor, offering opportunities to observe and embody shifts in how you move and feel.
The weekend culminates in a practice of trust and flow, where structure gives way to curiosity and openness. This closing sequence includes a review of key practices, empowering you to continue your movement journey beyond the weekend.
In this program, you will:
- Enjoy movement classes that blend mobility, somatics, embodied movement, nourishing flows, and strength without the “shred” mentality.
- Learn focused practices to enhance upper body, core, hip, and pelvic floor strength.
- Explore the relationship between breath, core, and pelvic floor.
- Gain tools to improve mobility and support functional movement.
- Practice moving with more and then less specificity, fostering creativity and openness.
- Experience techniques for unwinding and becoming present in the moment.
