Summer Solstice Nature and Yoga Retreat

For all levels.

The summer solstice marks the longest day of the year, a time when the earth wears a gown of green. After a long, cold winter, we shed layers, swim in cooling waters, walk through lush forests, and enjoy the fresh food that nature provides. It is a time of lightness, opening, and movement.

Yoga and Ayurveda offer simple tools to help us align with the changes that summer brings and live in greater harmony with the earth. In this retreat, you

  • Learn how  yoga and mindfulness can help you connect and attune with the living earth
  • Experience nature meditations, forest bathing, and council fire
  • Practice yoga flows to stretch, strengthen, and balance the mind and body
  • Explore cooling and soothing yogic breathing practices
  • Enjoy contemplative time outside in community.
