WORK WITH THE FOUNDER OF THE CENTER FOR ANXIETY

When we worry or start to panic, our natural tendency is to do whatever we can to stop that feeling. But what if fighting against anxiety just made it worse? What if anxiety could be harnessed to help us thrive?

Join David H. Rosmarin, clinical psychologist, educator, and author of Thriving with Anxiety: 9 Tools to Make Your Anxiety Work for You, for a workshop that will present a framework for turning anxiety from a malady into a tool. Learn how anxiety can enhance your life by increasing self-awareness and self-compassion, deepen your relationships with others, and help you grow spiritually.

You will learn how to:

  • Harness the power of anxiety to achieve your deepest goals and dreams.
  • Enhance your spiritual connections and virtues.
  • Reduce anxiety in the moment and over time.
  • Practice self-care rituals.

Return home with valuable tools and exercises to make anxiety work for you.
