Vinyasa Yoga and Meditation Retreat


Join renowned author and yoga instructor Rolf Gates for five-day vinyasa yoga and meditation retreat on Kripalu's beautiful campus in the Berksires.

Using the instructions found in the Yoga Sutras and offered by the Buddha to inform your efforts, you will participate in periods of meditation, yoga practice, rest, and integration each day. All program participants will spend two days in silence as a way to understand the nature and value of silent practice (participants may choose to spend all five days in silence once initial guidelines have been established). 

This program is suitable for all—while it is not a physically difficult retreat, it is recommended you have some experience both in meditation and in yoga. You will return home with a deeper understanding of the practice and a greater sense of self.
