Yoga and Ayurveda for Summer Pitta Balancing

LIFESTYLE WELLNESS PRACTICES

Join Ayurvedic health counselor Kari Harendorf and yoga and Ayurveda trailblazer Larissa Hall Carlson for a special summertime retreat. Kari and Larissa will guide you through an experiential and informative retreat for the pitta dosha and explain how Ayurveda —yoga's sister science and a holistic medical system from India focused on living in harmony with nature—can help you stay cool, refreshed, and balanced all year long.

Through yoga, discussion, and more, you will

  • Learn valuable Ayurvedic diet, lifestyle, and wellness practices
  • Balance pitta dosha with intermediate level yoga and expansive and refreshing poses
  • Release summer heat and agitation with deep stretches, cooling twists, and slow flow.

Return home with a library of dosha-balancing practices for you and/or your yoga students.

Note This program is appropriate for all levels, and participants are eligible for CE credits through Yoga Alliance.
